A lifetime of knowledge and experience.

We use environmental science and biology, as well as a lifetime of hunting experience to help you create and maintain a healthy, sustainable habitat for whitetail deer. We have a deep understanding of whitetail behavior and biology, and we use this knowledge to help our clients create habitats that support healthy deer populations year-round. Whether you're looking to improve your hunting land, enhance the natural beauty of your property, or simply want to support local wildlife, our team has the expertise and resources to help you achieve your goals.

Simply Put…

As deer travel, they leave behind traces and signs of their activity (rubs, scrapes, trails, browse, and more). With a consultation from Terps, you will be able to identify these signs and learn what they mean about how deer are using your particular land parcel. Then you can use tried-and-true methods to modify their activity to best suit your hunting needs.

OUR PROCESS

Step 1: Goal formation - What would you like to use your property for? Do you want to keep it as a sanctuary for wildlife? Do you want to be able to hunt bucks?

Step 2: Consultation and analysis of deer sign and travel patterns - We meet with you, walk the property, and go over all of the information available to analyze deer activity on your land. This includes maps, water sources, considering adjoining properties and more.

Step 3: Action - Armed with your goals and our analysis, we make your hunting dreams a reality! Full installation of all items on your action plan, if you want.
